The materials in my project will give my students some options for flexible seating. The cushions and bouncy balls will provide my students with sensory input during their learning. Having these types of options for seating will help my students be able to focus more and better able to retain information. The floor chairs will give my students an alternative type of seating arrangement other than the traditional desk and chair. I included the pump as part of the project so that I am able to keep the ball chairs inflated on a daily basis. Flexible seating is a growing trend in elementary classrooms. I also included ear buds for each student to use in order to be able to participate in an online reading program.
