Students will receive hands-on experience in the organization (office supply cabinet, pencil holder, pencil box, paper sorter) as they perform the daily office tasks required in their diverse businesses. These classroom simulations support the work ethics that can middle school students into summer practicum and volunteer experiences.
Also, students will receive practical experience in creating a schedule, prioritizing tasks, following directions, giving and accepting delegation and being organized which support college and career readiness as well.
Your help in funding this project will give students the opportunity to explore their own interests while learning to use tools and materials, both physical and virtual to develop creative projects- on their initial road to business ownership.
The use of the organization resources will give my students more tactile and kinesthetic experiences while encouraging them to develop their business. Ultimately, this helps them to understand better and apply what they have learned to their career choices.
