The scholars of Room 21 have an insatiable curiosity and appetite for learning. Equipping our classroom for success requires new materials and the latest tools to add to our toolbelt. The addition of an Apple TV connector will allow us to stream our lesson instruction in a flexible (and socially distanced!) way; showcase student work; engage in a modernized, technology-rich classroom; and allow for meaningful peer and adult feedback. With your help, our students will connect with up-to-date curricula, the world around them, and each other! Furthermore, an Apple TV would also allow us to host virtual guest speakers, play meditative study music, and allow students to take over some of the classroom jobs usually assigned to a teacher (attendance, lunch count, etc.).
