My students need movement in the classroom, even while seated. I will use the active seating, including wobble chairs, ball chairs, and doughnut chairs to create more movement while students work and learn. Students need to move and be active so that their bodies and brains can develop properly, this will help them learn more efficiently and effectively. Moving while learning is some important for students to be more successful. With the B3 (Brain, Body, Behavior) incentive we use brain breaks in the classroom between lessons and use active lessons when possible, but with all the academic content students need to learn throughout the day, it's not enough.
