Flexible seating is becoming a common term in many classrooms. I am putting this project together to help provide a differentiated learning experience for my students. With these ball chairs and stack stools, I can rejuvenate the learning process, while incorporating more modern teaching methods. Students will have an opportunity to explore seating options that feel right to them, and enable them to take ownership of their learning. The chairs students currently sit in are highly uncomfortable and when we move around the classroom for different activities, we are stuck sitting on a hard, tile floor. I love the idea that students would be able to sit in places where they are comfortable and able to focus.
