This project is specifically asking for children's books for my students to use. Within our district we are working towards developing student's ability to closely read a text. Close reading is where teachers and students engage with a text by reading it multiple times and analyzing the plot, characters, theme, vocabulary, and moral of the story. By donating to our project, you will provide my students with access to engaging children's literature that will deepen their reading comprehension abilities. Each of these books are of high caliber literature and visuals which will engage the students as they increase their reading abilities.
