Welcome to my page! The families that make up the core of our student population are extremely poor. The school that I teach at is 100% free breakfast and lunch. However, given all the disadvantages they face, my students come to school in the morning with smiles on their faces, and most are eager to give me their best. Most of the time, I am not sure who is teaching who more about the world we live in, me or them. Until I came to teach at this school, I never fully realized how blessed I am to have been born and raised in this country.
