I teach kindergarten and first grade students who are Deaf and hard of hearing in a Title 1 school. They have often had little exposure to language due to being late identified, not having proper amplification, or other factors. The campus I teach at is the Regional Day School for Deaf and hard of hearing students and serves six counties. I am also an ATPE member.
