My school is located in a rural area, where the funding for technology is very minimal. The population of the town itself is less than 1000 people. Our county in which the school is located is one of the poorest in the state. Many students face extreme poverty, and most do not have access to technology. With such limited resources, it is difficult for students to learn the computer skills necessary to be successful in college and beyond.
