My students love to use chromebooks during our lessons. The only problem is that first graders have trouble manipulating the pointer using a touch pad. Not having a mouse can slow students down during games and lessons leading to frustration. With the ability to use a mouse, my students will be able to maneuver through lessons and games without feeling frustration. Students will be able to focus on the activity rather than trying to figure out how to get the cursor where it needs to be. Less frustration in class leads to happier students who are wanting to learn more!
