I work in a small town with a big school. We serve about 800 students in our building. I work with students of all abilities and serve them in a small group setting throughout the day. These students work very hard, but sometimes we don't have the most engaging materials for them to work with. They love to be involved in lessons that promote growth, and I work hard trying to plan lessons for them that they will learn from and remember.
