These handwriting workbooks will teach my students how to write in cursive, which has not been a mandatory skill in elementary schools for many years. They will use their cursive writing skills to write letters to older family members who remember the art of cursive writing. Learning cursive writing will also enable my students to read important historical documents such as the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Being able to write in cursive will allow my third graders to perform the simple task of signing their signature on important documents in their future. Your donation will bring back the lost art of cursive writing!
