Research has proven over and over again that student engagement and learning increase through the use of iPads in the classroom. We all know that student engagement is an important piece to learning. Students using iPads are engage because it is interactive. In our classroom we tailor lessons to he need of each individual student! Students with special needs have an increased benefit through the use of iPads. There are a vast amount of apps available for the iPad specifically tailored to special needs children. Given the options, we can choose which apps best fit the teaching methods relevant to the way our students learn.
