I work with wonderful Developmentally challenged students. They all have the desire to read, but have obstacles that other students don't face in their day to day lives. In order for my students to learn to read, they need a program that is slower paced and very thorough. This is such a program! It is slower paced than most, and engages all the senses of my students! Not only will they become readers by using this program, they will also be learning how to write! Some of my students are only just beginning to understand letter sounds. The next step is blending those sounds. Once they have learned to do that, they need repetition to enforce the learning. Most reading programs rush on to harder words right away. Not this program, it gives ample time for the words to sink in and solidify within the student. I'm very excited that such a program exists. I thank you in advance for making this possible for my students!
