I am a Speech-Language Pathologist working in a special needs public school serving middle school students. Our students have special needs, ranging from diagnoses of autism and intellectual disabilities that make learning in a typical classroom setting difficult. Our school provides them with smaller special education classes and extra support through therapy, counseling, and individualized attention so that they can reach their highest potential.
