My students are amazing! They come from low income housing, but they are eager to learn and incredibly bright. They may not come from the most affluent backgrounds, however, I teach them daily that it is their responsibility to use all of the tools available to them in an effort to create an equal learning environment for future prosperous opportunities. Our school caters to a culturally diverse neighborhood. We open our doors for breakfast and do not close them until well after the after school hours are over. In addition to providing a quality education to our students, we also provide shelter and a home away from home.

About my class
