My students attend school in a high poverty, low-income school district and are ethnically diverse. Of the nearly 680 students, 100% receive free breakfast and lunch. The overall purpose of our school is to assist all students in the development of their minds and the acquisition of knowledge. We strive to provide a variety of learning techniques and experiences so all students can succeed. As educators, we provide an opportunity for our students to achieve their best level of competence. We also provide experiences and activities that will enhance the whole student. It is equally important that our students develop an appreciation for the arts.
