I have seen that many students in our community have lost the love of reading. They have turned their focus to video games and apps on their tablets. I want to help my students gain the love of reading I had when I was in elementary school. My students have a larger desire to read if they are able to sit in an unconventional space. They really look forward to sitting on the bean bags in the library. The bean bags, pillows, and floor seats in my project will give multiple students a day the chance to read in a place other than their desks.
