I recently took over the computer lab and was recently approved for the computer teacher position due to the previous teacher retiring. Working with 587 students K-5 I see all of these students through the week in the computer lab , some I see twice a week. We are considered a focus school and have many high performing students as well as many low performing students. Headphones are greatly needed due to the demands on online testing. The students love the computer lab and are always wanting to excel in every task they attempt . With headphones they get the privacy they want to concentrate on what is being instructed and learn from that. We are fortunate to have many devices that could use headphones, we just don't have them or money to get them. This is something that I want to do for our students because they deserve it. My favorite quote "Let's go invent tomorrow instead of worrying about what happened today" - Steve Jobs
