Can you imagine a puzzle of the United States and your state is missing. For a school located in a high poverty urban area this is just normal. The schools reflect the community. Poverty is wide spread. Parents are struggling to supply basic needs. The school corporation budget is not adequate to meet the needs of the classroom. Teachers teach with a make do attitude. My second grade multiple handicap students needs are great. The caring hearts of the administration is no substitute for the teaching materials needed.
