This year my students will be working on many different units in Spanish where they will need to develop their speaking skills. By making crafts with the younger students they will be able to use their craft as a prompt for speaking. Projects such as making animal masks will allow the students to be active and creative when learning the language. Another project will be to make dolls that prompt the students to speak about what hurts. This material will really help my students be engaged and use Spanish in a new and exciting way. Spanish is difficult to learn and I want my students to have fun while doing it. By having colorful paper, scissors, colors, glue and erasers I will be able to make the classroom come more alive. Students will be able to create their own prompts and really use their language.
