My students come to school every day eager to learn and help one another. My kids are empathetic, inquisitive about the world and do their best each day. Most of my students looped from first to second grade with me so we have become a family. Our school is a school of "peace and love" and my class exhibits this on a daily basis. School has become a safe place where life is "normal" at a time where there is much unrest in our community. This year every student receives a free breakfast and lunch every day.
