Let's face it, the world is changing to a technology-rich environment. Having access to technology in a school setting opens up doors for how students can access, test and show their learning. Having these iPads for students will help in three educational ways. The first area being for digital portfolio building for student work, creating a virtual time line of growth in academic skills. Secondly, having apps and Google Drive as ways to interactively respond to text or shared readings. Lastly, iPads are easy to move with and carry around the room, allowing all students access to this type of technology.
