I have 14 boys and 9 girls. I have a variety of needs in my class. Some students are on grade level, but many are below grade level. Most are eager to learn, and are ready to put forth their best to meet their goal. Because of the students not being on grade level, I really push reading in my class. When they finished a task, they know to pull out their books.
