I co-teach in a 4th grade inclusion classroom that has 10 special education students and 11 general education students. I have a number of students (special education and general education) that have very significant behavioral issues. Our school as a whole has been focusing on character development, using the "Character Counts" program for the past 2 years. We are an urban school that has a very high level of poverty.
