I am working in the classroom that was a computer lab last year. It has very little furniture and very few supplies. I want to make our classroom comfortable and inviting so that the students will feel welcome and encouraged to become better readers and writers. The writing journals and pencils will help empower them to write about what they are reading. The chairs can be easily stacked and will give students a break from the regular desks and chairs. The posters will help motivate the students and myself on a daily basis. Here is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of some very deserving students.
