In the morning, my classroom is filled with my 10 amazing 3 and 4 year old students. It is an integrated room consisting of 7 students with varying developmental needs and 3 students with age appropriate developmental skills. My "Brown Bears" are very inquisitive and love to use their hands to discover new things. In my classroom, we love to sing, dance and read. The preschool students think they are, "just playing" all day, but we do many fun activities to introduce early literacy and math skills. We writing letters in shaving cream, have letter and number scavenger hunts as well as sort through the sand to find all the letters of our names. I teach at a very compassionate, caring school that always puts the students first regardless of their ability levels.
