I love to read and I want to instill that love of reading in my students! We know that to become a better reader, students need books in their hands and time to read. When I read at home, I choose a comfortable and cozy spot in my house. I don't want to sit straight up in a hard chair to read. My students should be able to read while being comfortable! I would like to organize students into groups reading the same books; I Survived, Snicker of Magic, and so on. They will be able to spread around the room and use the body pillows to be comfortable while they read.
