In this classroom we have a lot of fun with reading, writing, speaking and listening. I teach students with special needs how to work hard and improve all of these skills. Our school serves approximately seven hundred and fifty 7th and 8th grade students each year. More than ninety percent of students who attend fall under the category of economically disadvantaged. Thirty percent of students are Multi-Language Learners and twenty percent are students with disabilities. I work with language learners and students with disabilities. Together we work on goals in reading, writing, speaking, listening, self-advocacy, organization and task completion, social skills, and many other important things. We would love to have your support to keep our classroom a safe space for talented, inspiring, hard-working, and uniquely abled students. Thank you!
