Hello from the Big Shanty Music Room in Kennesaw, Georgia. At Big Shanty we teach about 760 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students. We have a very diverse population and my goal as the Music Teacher is to introduce my students to as many different types of music as I can. I want them to go search out different genres to listen to at home and be able to make educated decisions about music they hear and listen to.
