My students are eager to learn and love to explore. They come alive when we talk science. The conversations that are shared energize the room and before we know it the end of the day- bell rings and no one wants to leave. It is every teacher's dream to engage students so much they want to stay. Many of my students enjoy investigating using computers or Ipads in the classroom, but nothing compares to having the hands on experience. As a class we discussed the 4th grade science standards and the types of activities we would like to investigate for each standard. This discussion brought us to the list of items we are requesting.
