I am asking for this donation to beef up my library's collection of graphic novels, easy readers, and series. Students will be able to get more excited about their reading when they have access to books that interest them and excite them about reading. Students can get hooked into reading. They will be able to read and get interested in a given series, author, or style of writing- then they will have the access to read more in the style they like. This will boost their comprehension, vocabulary, and retelling of stories- all things that are SO important to reading skills for life!
