I want each student to have their own book to read while we are doing the unit of Friendship this year in school. I usually have to buy my own books for them and they have to share. It would be nice for them to be able to take books home to read instead of photocopies of certain chapters. Kids need to develop a love for reading but it’s hard when they don’t have books. A few students told me that I was the first person to make them finish a book and it was because they were able to take the book home and read. I love to read and I want my students to develop that same feeling
