We are a classroom of very motivated middle school age students who are very adept at technology and the integration of science and engineering concepts. In our class, they are often asked to listen to lectures and videos and relate this information to our lesson. The use of computers is very much a part of our everyday curriculum as they research different aspects of a STEM topic. Presently we are looking into different engineering careers in preparation for an Engineering Career Night at the end of the month. All types of careers are being explored from genetic engineering to design engineering. This school encourages an "outside the box" approach to learning and welcomes the community to learn with us.
