My students are an energetic, excited group of Fabulous First Graders who are eager to learn! We are working very hard to develop our literacy skills in order to become life-long learners! Each day, we spend a great bit of time listening to stories at our listening center, as well as becoming authors and illustrators at our writing center. Our school is a place that encourages critical thinking and inquiry-based learning. It is a place where children feel comfortable, and they are provided with a nurturing environment in which they may feel successful as a learner.

About my class
