I teach In Midland, Texas at a Title 1 school. Our school has a large Burmese population as well as Hispanic, Caucasian, and African American population. The kids and even more so the parents are so grateful. I just finished my first round of parent teacher conferences and repeatedly I heard; " Thank you teacher, thank you for teaching my son." The children are respectful and eager to learn. Several of my students are very low and require additional support. I love my school! I see the amount of extra time and dedication that all of my team and staff put in on evenings and weekends to give our students 110%. every day. I am the lucky one to get to work with these amazing students, and staff.
