This year my kindergarten students will work on academic and social skills. The reading and math manipulatives will help my students achieve these skills. The reading and math centers will keep students engaged while learning how to share socially with their classmates. Students will have an increased desire to learn because they will have a choice in their centers. Students will be able to practice letter writing using dry erase markers and play dough. The play dough and gumball with tweezers will enhance their fine motor skills. The math centers will let students build, make patterns using links and pattern blocks while building a foundation with numbers. My kindergarten boys and girls will enjoy these centers and grow leaps and bounds throughout the school year!
