I chose a comfy bean bag chair so when scholars are in the cool down corner they can access the tools they have tangibly but also the ones they have inside of them in a calm safe way. I chose flexible seating for the rug to help my wiggle scholars or scholars who have a hard time sitting on the rug. I also chose wobble chairs, 1st graders love to move around and I often find them standing at their tables to complete work instead of sitting down. This will help my friends who rock in their chairs, are out of their chairs and who have wiggly bodies to continue to grow and help them complete their work in a safer classroom environment.

About my class
