As a special education teacher in the public school system, my biggest challenge is living and educating my students in a small community with a high poverty level. My students with special needs require a flexible learning environment. I am team teaching with a general education teacher and we need help to create a new learning environment that is flexible and allows us to reach the learning styles of all students to ensure the best learning is taking place. I have researched and found that allowing the natural fidgiting motion to take place enhance their bodies and recharges their brains. Their bodies in motion equals brains in motion! We need new classroom furniture that will enable our students the opportunity to move around, talk, collaborate, and be more invested in their learning. Please help us to create a flexible learning environment for all students to learn.
