My Begindergarten students have a wide range of needs. All of them would greatly benefit from additional sensory activities and resources within our classroom to nurture their development! Adding more developmentally appropriate tools within my classroom is essential for my students as they continue to prepare for Kindergarten; socially/ emotionally, behaviorally, and academically. I will use these tools to provide sensory support, along with social interaction in sharing the sand table and taking turns. The sensory seats will also greatly benefit most of my students, in helping to provide sensory support when needed.
