My creative students are eager to learn and get their hands on material to create and tell each other about what they are doing. As second graders they are always geared for new experiences and love the wow factor. Our school this year is at the 100% poverty level and therefore we do not have the resources to get funding for the outside the box ideas that will expose these students to the technology they need for 21st century jobs. Not all my students have access to a computer with Internet at home to work on skills. Every minute of the school day needs to help give them advantages.
