My students are 5 and 6 year old kindergartners. Movement and wiggles are part of our classroom. These stools will help my students focus more during our guided reading time. Movement in my classroom is not a negative thing.We focus of doing our best. Using these chairs will help my students have a better chance of succeeding during guided reading time. We have guided reading every day and rotate through centers. We have recently started guided math too. My many of my students need help with controling their wiggles. Having these stools to sit on during guided reading and math will improve their focus on learning. These chairs and stools will be perfect for students that just need to wiggle during group time. When students are using their iPads, reading during group will be able to wiggle without falling out of a chair. Using these stools for math and reading will help students focus on their learning and not their wiggles. Thank you for taking time to read about our needs in kindergarten.
