More than 80% of my school receive free or reduced rate lunch. The school is very diverse with many English Language Learners. As for my students , they too are a diverse group. My class consists of 3 paraprofessionals and 7 students. My small class is very smart and active. Although they have learning disabilities they are so talented. They love creating and making things. The more hands on it is the more fun they have. Our special needs students require assistance communicating their thoughts and ideas. They are gifted and talented and learn a bit differently. Their gifts and talents can be best observed during art communication which they love.
