The various Lakeshore folder games, which range from grades 2 to 5, will help support all 150 students I support in both the 3rd and 4th grade. Students will be able to engage with vocabulary, comprehension, phonics and language skills during workshop time. These folders will enrich instruction for students by allowing hands-on opportunities to practice skills. Everyday, my students will truly engage in meaningful ways with literacy. This will maximize the impact of instruction and help reduce the reading gap for students in both grades. Students will feel proud and empowered as they move closer to reaching our goal of soaring to success.
