My school is amazing. The entire school, preschool-5th grade, is bilingual in Spanish and English. Some of the kids speak three languages! Most of the kids live in moderate to extreme poverty, and yet they come to school, every day, ready to learn something. I'm proud of my students. They're creative, funny, and curious. They love to learn new things and they love to show how proud they are when they master a new skill. They all make me a better teacher, but now I need the tools to teach them in the ways they need and deserve.
