My students are 4th graders who are eager to learn and like to be challenged. We are a small town school. A lot of my students are from single families. The majority of the kids come from low income families. They are showing interest in a variety of subjects. We can be in a social studies lesson, for example, and in that lesson they will see or I will say something that they are curious about and want to learn more about. We usually stop and will look it up talk about it and how it is relevant to our what we are learning. The equipment will come in handy for projecting what they are working on the board and allow me to work with them together as a class and keep everyone on the same page. This will be used in all my lessons, from reading to grammar to math to social studies and science.
