Having this moveable double-sided easel will be a real asset to our classroom as it can be used in many different situations. It is low enough to the ground that my 2nd and 3rd graders can easily reach it. Both sides have a dry erase surface so I envision two groups of students using it at the same time, using it to plan their projects and make initial sketches. Dry erase means we won't have to use lots of paper as they rework and revise their plans! Student projects are just one way we will put this easel to good use! Having an easel will make small group instruction in math and language arts more accessible to all students. The rolling feature will make it easy to move throughout the room to our various teaching and learning spots. An easel is an essential tool for most teachers, and by having one in our classroom, it will become essential to my students as well.
