My students are a diverse group of learners from a variety of socioeconomic and ethnic/linguistic backgrounds. The majority of them struggle with handwriting at a time when their handwriting should be at its best. They have expressed a desire to improve in this area but do not have the resources in the classroom to practice daily. Our school is a wonderful community of students, families, teachers, and administration that is, unfortunately, underfunded like so many other schools. Our students deserve to have all of the resources that they need.
