Right now my students create and track data in homemade notebooks. This data will be much more valuable and visible to them if we can enter them in a Chromebook. We also do a lot of projects that students need to research. Many times the kids like to use YouTube or Google images to see how others have built bridges, buildings, trebuchets, etc. Some of the kids are able to use their smartphones for this. I also have my old "teacher computer" I make available to them. If we can get these two Chromebooks, we can have two stations for this research. My ultimate goal is to start buying Vernier probeware that is compatible with the Chromebooks to use in our investigations.
