I teach students at all levels of physical fitness. They range from daily sports players to those with little experience of exercise. I introduce a variety of sports, games and exercise activities throughout the year - always supporting getting fit and healthy; when my lesson plan includes team sports, this helps my students learn valuable lessons of respect, cooperation and a sense of belonging. This makes my time with them even more meaningful through activity and to also support their education as a whole. "A healthy body, a healthy mind."
